Baby girl is too big to be on the top tier of her pack and play anymore so down she goes. <3 We wished great grandma Lanctot Happy 82nd birthday today!

We went to HalloweenFest at Northbridge HS. Jack's a shark, Soctt's a lobster, Isabelle is a mermaid and I am a net. Like... a fishing net. And this picture I needed for something special I am making the guests with young kids for her birthday party.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! She can sit for a minute or two without falling over but she tends to want to throw herself backwards so you gotta keep something or someone behind her just in case.

FINALLY found som eshoes that she doesn't automatically scrunch her toes up in. But they are size 1 and she is a size nb or 0. Oh well. Gotta start where. EIT officially declared she is sitting up!

She's been pushing up on all fours lately but tonight she was doing it for 5-10 seconds each and hardcore rocking!
Day 351
Aye aye aye. So Isabelle had croup a month ago. It got better and went away. And then yesterday it came back. So I took her to her doctor's offices urgent care and yikes. So, she has these small spots on her upper back called petechiae. You may need to zoom in on this picture to see them. They are broken blood vessels. Most often they are caused by coughing or vomiting. However, when those are the causes - they appear on the neck, under eyes, chest, face and/or inside of the mouth. Not ont he back. And... adding to that, she has them in other places as well, like her legs. It's not a good thing for them to appear below the chest. Add to that that her liver felt slightly enlarged and that kids with down syndrome have a 2-3% chance of getting leukemia and that those are symptoms of it... and the doctor basically said we needed to go to the ER right now. The good news is that her lungs sounded mostly clear and that she has vomited or had a fever. And is eating just like norm
Day 349
First day with new shoes as per the PT. They are soft and don't fit great. They're newborn size and her feet are small in them. The kind she really needs doesn't start until size 2 :(

Isabelle's famous! Her story was published in the Telegram & Gazette today. Front page, baby! These two love playing together.
Day 345
We went to a friend's baby's baptism today. These three were all born within 8 or 9 months of each other. Isabelle is the oldest. Amelia (left) is the youngest). They're all roughly the same size. Then we went to see grandma & grandpa Bentley. Then a reporter from the Telegram & Gazette came to the house and interviewed us about Isabelle.
Day 341
This is NOT official yet but pretty official. Izzie had a brain scan at Boston Children's to monitor her situation which essentially is nothing. They saw no evidence of blood or extra fluid. It's stable. And the best news is that it appears the ventricles have shrunk a little. Happiest girl at a hospital:

Trying to get the cradle cap out of her hair/scalp is infuriating. It just keeps coming back. But I tried again. She loooooves baths.

So... I took a TON of really cute pictures with two different outfits and hay and pumpkins from my parent's farm....... and forgot to put the damn SD card in so they don't exist :( So upset. Did get this one though:

We went to Cooptoberfest in Cooperstown, NY and all had a blast. Izzie loved looking around like this.

Isabelle loves rolling around on the ground now so I put her down while I got dressed for work and I came back to these two goobers watching tv.

We went to Aunt Amanda's today to celebrate Zane's birthday! Jack loves to push her around this thing. Today starts Down syndrome awareness month.
