Isabelle Bentley

Since Izzie ended up in the ER last weekend we needed to move her bday party to this weekend.  She had a great day with lots of family.

Uncle CJ got married today and I got to be in the pictures. 

We went to a tulip farm in Rhode Island as a nice little family day.  Interestingly there is a connect of tulips/Holland to Down syndrome.

New art from Isabelle. 

Isabelle had two Christmases - one in RI with Scott's family.  And one in NY with mine. Here are 4 generations: my grandma, my mom, me and Isabelle.  My mom made her that hat and the xylophone is probably her favorite toy.  Loves ripping the paper open. Most of her gifts. And sibling pics.

Well here it is: the last first day Isabelle will ever have. She's lived every other day of the calendar once.  Isabelle's first birthday party. About 80 people came. I had a ton of help decorating and setting up from my mom, Scott;s mom & grandma. Under the sea theme. We had a paint a sand dollar station. Jack painted like 5. This is Donna - Jackson's and Isabelle's dyacare provider. Could not have lucked out more than we did with her. Isabelle looooves icing. It took like 100 hits but the pinata finally broke.  Jack also wouldn't get out of the ball pit.  <3 she is going to be the best dressed baby ever. How awesome is this cake? I know I say it all the time but we hit the jackpot with our friends and family. They have no idea how big of a support system they are to us. 

Grandma Fuchs came for a visit. 

Baby girl is too big to be on the top tier of her pack and play anymore so down she goes. <3 We wished great grandma Lanctot Happy 82nd birthday today!

We went to a friend's baby's baptism today. These three were all born within 8 or 9 months of each other. Isabelle is the oldest. Amelia (left) is the youngest). They're all roughly the same size.  Then we went to see grandma & grandpa Bentley. Then a reporter from the Telegram & Gazette came to the house and interviewed us about Isabelle. 

We went to Davis Farmland today with grandma Bentley, Aunt Amanda and Mackenzie.

So... I took a TON of really cute pictures with two different outfits and hay and pumpkins from my parent's farm....... and forgot to put the damn SD card in so they don't exist :( So upset. Did get this one though:

We went to Cooptoberfest in Cooperstown, NY and all had a blast. Izzie loved looking around like this.

We went to Aunt Amanda's today to celebrate Zane's birthday! Jack loves to push her around this thing. Today starts Down syndrome awareness month.
